Shari Simon, LMSW, is a licensed psychotherapist, adjunct professor, organizational strategist, master facilitator, and sought-after speaker. As the founder of Shari Antoinette Consulting, she partners with teams and individuals to develop transformative leadership, workplace well-being, and equity-driven strategies that create lasting impact.

With over 15 years of experience, Shari is a Columbia University and Bennett College-trained strategist whose work is deeply rooted in social justice, mindfulness, advocacy, and innovation. She is dedicated to disrupting systemic injustices that disproportionately affect historically marginalized communities and ensuring that inclusion and equity are embedded into institutional practices.

Shari is a leader in learning and development, leadership strategy, and mental health advocacy. She currently teaches courses on social justice, inclusion, and activism at CUNY and previously served as a workshop facilitator for the Columbia School of Social Work’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She has developed and led affinity groups, professional development trainings, and workshops on identity, privilege, and power for diverse audiences across industries.

Whether providing executive coaching, corporate training, workshop facilitation, organizational consulting, or psychotherapy, Shari integrates strengths-based, anti-oppressive, and client-centered frameworks to help leaders and teams foster inclusive, psychologically safe work and learning environments.
